By purchasing a product sold by Balceiro Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "the company") through Amazon.com or other authorized sales channels, you ("the customer") agree to the terms described in this document.
Balceiro Holdings LLC is a wholesale distribution company based in Phoenix, Arizona. We sell consumer products from established brands, sourced directly from authorized wholesalers and distributors.
All orders placed through Amazon.com are processed and paid for using Amazon's payment systems (including Amazon Pay). We do not process payments directly outside of those platforms.
Products are shipped via Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) from Amazon's distribution centers in the United States. Delivery times are determined by Amazon based on the buyer's location.
Returns are processed in accordance with Amazon's standard return policy for third-party sold products. To start a return, the customer should follow the process available in their Amazon account under "Your Orders."
Balceiro Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products sold, beyond what is required by applicable law.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
